We are currently performing an emergency maintenance for Server10 to fix some bugs within LiteSpeed.

We were performing a major Security Update to LiteSpeed which is when the bug occurred and cause LiteSpeed to not start and as such websites failed to load.  All other services like email are working fine. Our main website is hosted on Server10 and as such is affected by this maintenance.

We are currently working on the issue and we expect this to be fixed as soon as possible.

UPDATE1: The developer of LiteSpeed is currently looking into this issue and is actively seeking on solutions to resolve it. More updated will be posted once they are available.

UPDATE2: The issue is now resolved. More information regarding the cause of the issue will be posted in our forum.

We will be scheduling an installation of LiteSpeed web server on Server10 on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 12.00 midnight (Los Angeles, CA time – PST).

There may be a small downtime when we are configuring LiteSpeed. This happens as we will stop and start services and will be checking on LiteSpeed’s performance and configuration to make sure it is fully optimized to run your website efficiently.
